Formula 1 Racing Car
Latest Project
I recently acquired a couple of old sewing machines - both were beyond repair, and were destined for the scrap heap.
I played around with a few ideas, and eventually settled on the Formula 1 racing car.
Most parts were repurposed or recycled - the mahogany for the main body and wheels came from a wooden staircase that my father-in-law rescued from the demolition of a department store in Birmingham 20 years ago. Nothing goes to waste.
Gallery
Here are a few of the lamps that I've made recently - many of these will be for sale soon, but we have many craft shows this year, as listed above, where they will be on display. Why not come and have a look.
